Return & Refund Policy

  • Digital Products
    All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded, even if purchased by mistake.

  • Physical Products
    For non-personalized physical products, we offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
    Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Personalized/Customized Products
    We do not accept returns or refunds on personalized/customized products, as they are made exclusively for the customer.

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If your order arrives damaged (for example, fragile items such as ceramic ornaments), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost, or offer a refund if a replacement is not possible.
