Any such references are used solely for creative and artistic inspiration, with no intention of appropriation or unlawful commercial exploitation. Products

We strive to accurately describe our products; however, descriptions may not always be complete or current. We reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

Payments and Shipping

• We accept various payment methods and ship both domestically and internationally.

• Processing time: All orders require 2 business days for processing (up to 72 hours/3 days during peak holidays such as Halloween or Christmas).

• Domestic standard shipping: Typically 4–7 business days after processing.

• Expedited shipping: Typically 3 business days after processing.

• International shipping: Between 15–30 business days, depending on destination.

Returns and Exchanges

• Non-personalized products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition/packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Personalized or digital products: All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

• Damaged items: If an item (e.g., ceramic ornaments or other fragile products) arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. A replacement will be issued subject to product availability, or a refund will be offered if replacement is not possible.

Address Corrections

If you need to update the shipping address for an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have 5 business days to provide a new delivery address. After that period, the order amount will be refunded minus shipping costs.

Vinyl and Posters

All vinyl and posters are packed in perfect condition. We do not accept requests to ship outside of their original packaging and cannot issue refunds for minor damages that may occur during transit.

Clothing Sizes

Each clothing product includes a size chart for reference. Please note that sizes may vary slightly. Gear Craft Shop is not responsible for incorrect sizes chosen by the customer.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied during checkout and are not valid on previously placed orders. Codes may be deactivated during store-wide promotions.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered via a download link, limited to 1 download per purchase. Once downloaded, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
